• mapping in-house organisational learning to Nationally Accredited qualifications or units and issuing Certificates and Statements of Attainment
• delivering customised and flexible training and assessment - ranging from short courses to full qualifications - in Management, Children's Services, Community Services
• developing customised training materials and manuals
• proof-reading, editing and mapping in-house training materials to ensure they meet requirements of Units of Competency and/or Qualifications
• partnering with organisations needing to be aligned with a Registered Training Organisation as part of an application for funding
• sourcing and providing advice around potential funding opportunities for organisations, and assisting with reporting and compliance - e.g. Productivity Places Program, User Choice (Apprenticeships/Traineeships), National Workforce Development Fund
